I was watching live Status Coup News coverage yesterday. I found it interesting that both federal and state cops deployed chemical weapons against peaceful protesters for absolutely no reason. The cops were leaving.
I was teargassed by cops in Seattle during the WTO protest. It was also completely unwarranted - everyone was being peaceful … until the cops started firing tear gas and rubber bullets at people. At that point, it was total chaos. I saw guy hurl a rock through a fancy retail clothing store. Seattle was under siege … by the police.
But in Minneapolis yesterday, the cops weren’t trying to reclaim city streets. They were leaving. The cops could have just left, why did they tear gas peaceful protesters. The feds I can understand … they’re Trump’s goon squad. Minnesota state police is under the command of Governor Walz, who claims to be upset about all of this … while his cops tear gas innocent people exercising their constitutional rights.
So what is tear gas?
Tear gas is lachrymatory agent or lachrymator. Lacrima is Latin for “tear.”
Lachrymatory agents are banned according to the Geneva Protocol. All chemical weapons are banned. The effects of tear gas are immediate, and can lead to long term health problems and even death.
Venezuelan chemist Mónica Kräuter studied thousands of tear gas canisters fired by Venezuelan authorities since 2014. Kräuter concluded that 72 percent of the tear gas used was expired. Expired tear gas breaks down into cyanide oxide, phosgenes and nitrogens that are extremely dangerous.
Minnesotans need to ask their governor why he’s deploying chemical weapons against peaceful protesters.
